VUCC provides walk in treatment for non-emergent illness and injuries. We also provide wellness services. Did you come home to a dog with diarrhea? No problem, come right in and we are happy to help. Need a last minute kennel cough vaccine prior to boarding your pet? Walk right in, no appointment necessary. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff provides access to high quality urgent medical care at convenient hours and at a reasonable cost to pet owners. We are not an emergency facility and do not offer overnight care. We are not a trauma center.

VUCC is an absolute money-grab scam and I would never suggest that anyone takes their pet there in an emergency. They will only band-aid remedy a problem and make no effort to SOLVE the problem....

Checked the website. Open til 10pm, one hour wait. Show up at 6pm, assuming I'll be seen anytime 7-10pm. Told they were not taking any more ugent care patients at 6pm... Had kittens in the car 40...
