I paid to have old phones transferred to new phones. The transfer was not done. I am unable to contact the store directly, customer service for Verizon cannot connect me or refund the paid amount...

The manager I spoke to today was beyond unprofessional. Not only was he speaking over me, he lied about the documents the store has access to. Smfh. Glad the call was recorded bc he was out of line.
