Towne Estates is a beautifully landscaped apartment community just down the street from downtown Melrose. Close to Route 95 and the Stone Zoo. Towne Estates offers studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. All apartments are fully applianced, have a basement storage bin and are pre-wired for cable. Rent includes heat, hot water and gas for cooking.
