Am I reviewing the rental counter or the vehicle itself? I arrived at Logan and took a very long ride to the car rental terminal. It was jammed inside... but strangely....only at Thrifty counter....

Absolutely horrible. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. The line was ridiculous (almost 2 hour wait) and then it turned out they didn't have enough cars for the people in line. Unreal....
