Very easy adoption process. 3 stars because my cat was sick when it came home and I was not informed of that until the day I came in to adopt him. The staff is not the friendliest.

The treatment that Thomas j O'Connor gave me today is unacceptable behavior they are rude they're unprofessional and they are ridiculous I have found multiple dogs in the past 3 months just strays...
