Our expertise is representing clients dealing with any environmental issue or allegation as well as any impending real estate transaction. We represent both residential and commercial clients real estate needs, including closings, land and building zoning as well as consulting planning boards and zoning boards on development proposals. We also represent clients and groups dealing with clean-up issues and liabilities, successfully attaining allocations and settlements. We represent as well as serve as mediator and consultant. Alongside our local representation, we have the expertise and experience on the national level, handling Superfund cases including lead smelter and transport litigation, landfill and recycling site issues and alleged damage due to air emissions.
