Needed some documents to be notarized. As usual my bank was useless, the Harwich UPS came to the rescue. The notary there is a gift to the human population. Highly recommend!!

Charged $3 to print a UPS shipping label. The shipping label was from amazon. Very poor customer service.

I've used UPS for years and yes I get that COVID-19 is affecting them and delaying packages, but since COVID, i've gotten my packages on time or a day late, but i have this one package ONE WEEK...
