Was told it would cost $12 only to be told after that the price has been bumped up to $20 because it took too long. If you've misjudged the pricing, why not stick to 12 as quoted and then told...

The only place I go to get my eyebrows done. Super quick and always a great shape. The ladies are kind and have great attention to detail.
