The Modern Dog Boston (MDB), founded in 2009 by lifelong Dorchester resident Charles Maneikis, began as a dog walking service and has since evolved into a comprehensive pet care provider. With a commitment to dogs and their owners, MDB expanded its offerings to include professional grooming, DIY dog washes, and doggie daycare.
In 2013, MDB opened its first brick-and-mortar grooming retail location on Dorchester Avenue, and in August 2020, it further extended its services by launching a second location in Quincy at Marina Bay. Would be great if the hours on your website (and Yelp) were correct so people don't load their dogs in the car and drive all the way over to be turned away.
