Just want to summarize some things: Zero air flow inside or outside the apartments. It's like living in a tomb. Sound insulation between apartments is non-existent. The building is at the corner...

Not worth the exorbitant price. The trash rooms and garage are a mess. Many apartments have no closet door. The garage project in September 2024 was a nightmare.
