Not only was the burger and onion rings fantastic, I was impressed the knack is very ecologically friendly. No plastic, and what I thought was a paper cup, says NoTree as it's made from bamboo....

We grew up here. We played on the Cape's beaches, we swam in the sound and in the bay, and we savored every hour of the late summer sun. Most importantly, we ate. Burgers, lobster rolls, clam rolls, hot dogs, onion rings, shakes, ice cream...we love the Cape's iconic food. We created the knack with one purpose in mind: to share the food that we grew up with, the food that hits the spot after a day at the beach, the food that defines summers on Cape Cod. Our goal is to perfect the Cape Cod roadside stand.

Lobster roll- yum and good price! Fish tacos-skip these, they're fine but have definitely had better. Onion rings- I loved these but my partner thought they were too stringy for his liking....

A very casual burger spot in hyannis. The patties are a bit small, so order a double if you're really hungry. If you want fries, make sure to order it separately since the burgers don't come with...
