History

Nadine Israel began a real estate career specializing in off site marketing & sales of resort properties, land sales & residential new construction. In 1989, she became a partner with Fred at Century 21 Marketplace. Being the main resource for helping people is their top priority. Fred Yaitanes entered real estate 29 years ago when he purchased Stoughton Real Estate from his father, which later became Century 21 Marketplace. His franchise was frequently honored as a member of the top 21 offices throughout New England. They merged their firm w/ Re/MAX Landmark in 1993. As sales agents, they were consistently in the top 3 out of 60 agents. In 2000, Fred and Nadine opened their own firm known as The Fred and Nadine Team. In 2004, The Fred and Nadine Team joined Keller Williams Realty where they maintain their referral mindset and continue to have the top market share in Stoughton.
