Luxury bed and breakfast in Falmouth Village Cape Cod providing free breakfast, wifi, parking. All our guestrooms have private bathrooms with rain showers and some with tubs. We have Queen guestrooms, King guestrooms, Premium King guestrooms and 1 two story suite with a King bed.

Patti always makes us feel More than welcomed! Her home cooked breakfasts are delicious. The whole place is spotless and very convenient to all things Falmouth!

I can't say enough good things about this place. My gf and I were visiting cape cod and Martha's Vineyard and this place was cozy and convenient to get to MV. The hosts are very accommodating...

The owners of this inn are genuinely welcoming and have a wonderful passion for what they do, and they do it very well! Just a block walk from all the stores and restaurants on Main Street....

Breakfast is just wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. The common areas are so beautiful and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. Super walkable to all downtown...
