Established in the year 1995, TD Garden is a privately owned company that is operated by the Delaware North Companies Inc. It organizes and holds a large number of concerts, sports events, family shows and may more events every year. The building is equipped with a 19,600 seat arena, three restaurants, executive suites and a multi-million dollar video scoreboard. The 2006 NCAA Women s Final Four, 2004 Democratic National Convention, 2001 US Figure Skating Championships and 2004 NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Championship "Frozen Four" are some of the events that were organized by the company. It has also hosted the Roger Waters, The Eagles, U2 and various other concerts. Banners Harbor Views, Premium Club Bistro and The Hub are some of the best dining options provided by TD Banknorth Garden.
