Tandem began in 2012 by two couples working in "tandem" to create a local spot with a focus on fresh, quality food. Stop in for fresh bagels, house-whipped cream cheese, salads, coffee, smoothies, and more all wrapped up in a family friendly environment.

Would give 5 stars but the service is slow. They often don't have the second register open when there is a long line. Bagels are great! Everything is always super fresh. The coffee isn't great.

Just ordered in person and picked up an everything with turkey, Swiss, lettuce, mayo. Got to MT Tom, opened my chair, turned on some music. Opened my sandwich...no turkey. Seriously...over the...

This location was our go-to for Sunday mornings for several years. We have since moved and miss it. We lived in NJ for a while and this is the best Western Mass alternative we've found.
