Update: Seven months after my review they responded that they couldn't answer the phones in 2024 because of a pandemic in 2020. They think consumers are stupid.

This is aimed at the hairstylist JaQueen. (I think that's what her name is) I showed her a haircut. It was a short bob type style. I came out with a karen looking hairstyle. And she gave me bangs....
