Went there about a month ago, first time. Hadn't had my hair cut in over a year because the last person to cut it in a totally different shop did such a lousy job and at about twice the price....

Used their app and made an appointment for 4:30... showed up and they told me they were falling a little behind and my appointment was pushed up 15 minutes. I waited until 5:00 and still wasn't...
