Absolutely terrible, wouldn't let me leave. Locked me and my dog in a room with no ac or water in the summer.

Worst director I've EVER met by far. Her own staff says she drinks during work not sure if that's 100 true but more then one has said it when I complained about her

Although they have medical staff there, my daughter was left in a room without any help until she got so dehydrated from vomiting that she started convulsing and was rushed by ambulance to UMASS...

Place is a joke quick to take your money and toss you in the wind... do nothing for you... counselors are a joke I met with my counselor two times throughout my entire stay for about three minutes...
