Founded in 1996, Summit Montessori School provides educational services to more than 90 students. Its Children s House comprises a preschool for children between the ages of 3 and 5. The school also offers lower and upper elementary programs for students in grades one through six. Summit Montessori School maintains a staff of teachers that offers educational classes in sensorial study, math, art, music, Spanish, physical education, language and cultural studies. It encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, including science fair and various summer enrichment programs. The school operates the Summit Montessori Parents Association, which is a volunteer organization that encourages and coordinates parental involvement in student education. Summit Montessori School is located in Framingham, Mass.
