Gregory J. Sullivan is the principal Broker and Owner of Sullivan Realty Company. Greg, a third generation real estate professional, obtained his real estate Broker's license in 1981 and began his real estate career with Sullivan Realty Company a family-owner business which was founded in 1966 by his father, John J. Sullivan, Jr. John was a second generation real estate professional who learned everything he knew from his father, John J. Sullivan, Sr. John J. Sullivan, Sr. was a real estate broker and investor from 1915-1950. After several years in Banking, Greg took over the day to day operations of Sullivan Realty Company. Greg expanded the sales of the company while continuing to run the appraisal division. In 1995 Greg began venturing into new areas of the real estate business. In 1997 the company launched a buyer broker division to meet the growing demands of Buyer Broker agency. Today Greg continues the tradition of providing exceptional service to all our clients.
