The staff is usually polite and happy. They often have great deals. I placed and order and they messed it up..it was a busy day so I said no worries I will take it as is...the manager apologized...

Very disappointed in this Subway location. The staff isn't friendly, one of the gentlemen were rude. I paid $2.77 for a cup of ice. They said they don't carry unsweet or sweet tea. I wanted tea so...

Located in the Worcester Wal Mart, this Subway is a step above most. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, the dining room is clean. What I really love is the plush chairs in the corner...

This Subway is excellent. Friendly, courteous employees. Fresh fixin's, and always fresh bread. We go out of our way to go to this Subway when we're hungry for a sub.
