Listening skills aren't there and unable to navigate the Starbucks app. The younger kids at night need an adult to make sure they aren't messing up. Plus take more than 8 mins to make two drinks...

Today I stopped by this Starbucks I bought a cookie with $20 dollars bill and my change was $10 dollars short. I just grabbed the change and didn't count. You idiots did it on purpose. Ashamed on you
