Several tickets were lost around the same time we ordered. Our coffee took over twenty minutes to prepare with little apology, even after politely asking for it three times.

Overall this is a nice Starbucks. They have ample outdoor seating which is really sweet, it is elevated a bit and overlooks Comm. Ave. The staff was very friendly and even long lines moved quickly...

Service is soooooo bad!!!! When a customer is at the counter, employees restocking should either help or get someone to help me instead of ignoring me.

The dude works near to the the Starbucks and has been twice now the setup might not be the most efficient. But the staff works the place well.
