Oh, how things can change when one new person comes into the management office! The only reason for 1 star is that the building is clean and in a fantastic neighborhood. I can't say enough...

Great place in the past but now management is deaf. Called and spoke w/ Karen, bldg manager re: terrorized senior resident and she has a very lax attitude..threatening to start eviction procedures...
