The worst customer service ever they denied the promotion they have it in 2021 and when we face them with the paperwork from Best Buy, they couldn't deny it but they said the devices was damages....

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If you really want to switch to Sprint go to the corporate office, they refuse to even help me. Even worse is the store manager. They deserve 0 stars.

This is understaffed and not a corporate store. Sure sometimes the local non corporate store can do a better job, not in this case. Counter woman spoke in an accent which was hard to understand,...

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARRASSED!!! The so called professional staff harrassed my daughter and added himself into her new phone!! He also tried to charge my credit card 3 times for 1...
