I love the station's renovation. I use the PVTA on a regular basis and am always impressed with the layout and history of the old station.

Completely bizarre. The sign for the train to Boston says it leaves from Track 2 on the B platform. There is not a single sign in the station for Platform B or Track 2. Not a single sign.

I give it a 3 star rating only because there used to be a policy of no smoking near buses or outside & the rule no one follows no more,also too many people asking for money & bathrooms dirty...

Downstairs is clean but seating is uncomfortable if your there long. Part of the outside train area looks like a bomb went off while the other side looks modernized. Anyway there's also greyhound...

Horrible had to reschedule with customer service twice just for both buses to leave way before the scheduled time with no email or phone call of the time change. I need a full refund immediately!...
