The patient portal is a joke. I had blood work done in August after my physical, which should be done BEFORE so the doctor can actually have a conversation with the patient about the results....

Happy with dr Pleasant staff but THEY stink at scheduling appointments. THEY move my appt and then reschedule it to 6 months later! That's awful
