When we first moved here two years ago we didn't know anything about Shiro. It was when we were coming out of the pandemic and, like most restaurants, they were trying to find ways to exist....

We are gifted in GB to have Northern China cuisine that exceeds the palate tastes of the locals. They have no idea how lucky they are to have chefs like WeiWei and Harry Yu. A lovely family...
