Wouldn't even give it one star! It says 24 hours. We get there after driving forever. The guy who was playing on his phone behind the counter said they were closed and my husband was asked to leave.

Customer service is good. Lots of pumps and the gas is cheaper than Belchertown or Amherst center, even though it's off the Pike. Small Dunkin' inside, which also has good customer service.
