Extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not greet customers and acts as if you are an intruder when you enter the salon. Another friend of mine had the same experience.

Rachael did an amazing job cutting my hair. She is definitely dedicated to her craft. SHARP observes all the COVID protocols as well, so felt very secure in getting my hair cut here.
