History

Shanti is the Sanskrit word for peace. It is the basis for all of the work I do. The practices, the treatments and the end goal all amount to using peaceful tools to create a more peaceful life. Be the peace you want to see in the world. Kristina has been a massage therapist and reiki master for over 15 years. She is certified in the Yoga Spirit style of yoga at the 500 hour level and is currently completing the 900 hour mastery training. Kristina began her massage career at Arlington Chiropractic. This gave her a strong background in therapeutic massage for injury relief. Over the years Kristina has added to her love of energy work by training in shamanic techniques, polarity therapy, reiki , yoga, angel therapy, and mediumship. Kristina opened Shanti Grows Healing in 2016 where she combines her love and knowledge of anatomy and physiology with her passion for intuitive work and energy healing.

Shanti Grows Healing specializes in therapeutic massage for the relief of muscular tension as well as intuitive body work. Intuitive bodywork is a combination of massage, reiki, shamanic techniques, intuitive channeling and energetic balancing.
