Decent family photo place if you're looking to get your kid's picture taken. It's not top of the line but it's not bottom of the barrell.

Terrible customer service. Poorly run extremely disorganized! Decent pics but def not worth the nightmare headache you will surely get working with these shmucks.. No wonder Sears is not doing well.
