Incom is involved in the development and manufacturing of components used in high-quality image transfer devices. Fused fiber optic components are made up of individual glass fibers that are drawn, assembled and fused at high temperatures into high resolution, vacuum tight, solid fiber arrays that are used in place of conventional lenses in a variety of technologically advanced electo-optical applications. Founded in 1967, Setra Systems designs and manufactures pressure, acceleration and weight sensing devices. Its engineering and research department develops transducers and systems based on the accurate variable capacitive transduction principle. Gems Sensors, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Danaher Corporation, designs, manufactures and markets liquid level, flow and pressure sensors and controls.
