Saus Boston

Saus is a fast-casual restaurant in Downtown Boston. We set out to provide inspired, made-from-scratch food in a casual counter setting. We believe in the power of the condiment, which is why we have over 15 unique sauces on our menu, including our homemade mayo, ketchup, hot saus, and gravy. We pride ourselves on being a place for locals, but hope to proudly represent the Boston food scene to visitors.
