Over the years at ACP Phyllis has been involved in all aspects of daily operations ; including customer service, sales, purchasing, accounting and staff hiring and training. She has served as a member of the GNEMSDC's Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee and is on the board of the Woburn Business Association. Michael started with A.C.P. Cleaning, Inc in 2007 and brings 8 years of management experience to his role as General Manager. Michael is responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of the business, including the development of customer service, purchasing, accounting, information systems procedures, sales, HR, staffing and quality control. After joining A.C.P. Cleaning as a daily service provider in 2001, Jesus demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction and quickly moved into supervisory positions.
