Established in 2016. Saloniki is our tribute to the Greek Sandwich shop. Founded by 3 Restaurant industry veterans - James Beard Award winner, Chef Jody Adams; Thessaloniki-born Restauranteur, Eric Papachristos; Hospitality & Management expert, Jonathan Mendez. I always order saloniki for delivery- I loooove their chicken Caesar salad!!!! Their fries and feta are also super good Both come packages extremely well and make it super easy
