Overworked and overwhelmed staff. Forgot to put med orders and IV in. Didn't see a nurse for two hours after being admitted to the ER. Took blood... then asked to take blood 10 minutes later....

Pretty good but not terribly well staffed. Nurses were attentive. Entire hospital was freezing cold. Had to have my husband bring me a quilt from home.

Staff were very nice but the ER had bugs in the room and was so very dirty. Can't imagine a hospital should be that bad. Thought sterile and clean should count for healthy atmosphere.
