The staff is as friendly as they are knowledgeable. I had a very minor repair that needed to be taken care of and they were just as courteous as if I was buying a huge rock! Kudos to Lisa!

Horrible experience and I will never do business with Richards again. I am happy to say that I went to Baribault Jewelers of Glastonbury, CT which offers only the finest Tacori engagement rings.

I went there to make shure my fathers 1954 omega watch was real and it is,but he told me the watch was only a basic non seamaster model worth only $100.00.(wtf) I called a real omega watch dealer...
