Melissa graduated from UMass Lowell in 2011 with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and got her personal trainer certification through the NCCA and Nutrition & Wellness Consultant Certificate through the AFPA. She continued on to get her Massage Therapist License in Massachusetts in 2014 when she established the business.

Specializing in deep tissue massage and sports-specific massage utilizing neuromuscular and myofascial techniques as well as stretching to open up the body and the energy flow.
