Dr. Chander is an Invasive Cardiologist with privileges to perform cardiac catherizations, implantation of cardiac devices (pacemakers and defribillators) and transesophageal echocardiography. He is a graduate of Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur University. Dr. Chander has extensive postgraduate training in internal medicine and cardiology from various institutions abroad and in the United States such as: Portiuncula Hospital, Ireland; Griffin Hospital/Yale University, CT; and Albany Medical Center, NY.

Located in Wrentham, Mass., Serenity Hill Nursing & Rehab Center is a full-service nursing care and therapy center. It offers a variety of community-based health care services and specialty treatment.
