The owner is a little grumpy and I said I would NOT go back to him but silly me DID. I think he's tired of his job. He could care less if he sees a customer waiting or doesn't respond to you....

Owner is hilarious and does great work. Would recommend again and again. I have my shoes/boots fixed, shined and re-soled here and I have always been impressed with the quality of work.
