Come as you are, connect with others, find and express yourself through movement + embodiment practices - and experience self pampering and prevention with the best organic, clean and sustainable products. Along with yoga classes, facials, and massage treatments - we offer infrared red light sauna sessions, and yoni steams ~ amazing to bundle together. Stop by, come early, and stay late from a class or service to take a look in our second hand shop and enjoy something from our mini kitchen stocked with infused water, juices, organic food and more. Balance & Bliss was created to be a safe, inclusive, and open space for human expression, experience, creativity, pampering, and acceptance. Our teachers are exceptional and able to read the room and offer suggestions, modifications, and variations to meet your unique practice and body's needs. We make every one of our classes accessible for our students. Our studio is equipped with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to use.
