My order was NOT fully refunded. I went back and forth begging for this to happen since we did not eat anything from the box it was all rotten.

I received late deliveries three weeks in a row. The food was warm and disgusting. Although PC compensated me, they did not apologize and did not do anything to prevent it from happening again....
