Have a 7.5' x 10' unit. When I first moved in, it was $264/mo. (already very expensive). 6 months later they raised it to $286/mo.; 6 months after that, to $302/mo. and then now 6 months later...

Untrustworthy. The manager is helpful but the wireless access doesn't work and they just increased the unit rent by 40%!! after only two months.
