Dr. Prajeena Mainali is a graduate of the University of Virginia, studying Advance Biomedical Sciences at Georgetown/George Mason University. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Blacksburg, Virginia and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Louisville. She is Board-certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Mainali served as President of the University of Virginia Chapter of the Nepalese Student Association as an undergraduate. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Womens Association, serving as President of the VCOM Chapter during her medical training. Dr. Mainali has participated in international medical missions, has volunteered and taught in community free clinics, and has contributed to the medical literature.

Dr. Grady graduated from the University of Kansas, School of Medicine. Upon her graduation she completed her post graduate training at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Grady is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Grady is affiliated with St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River.

Dr. Joseph Zhou is a Board-certified specialist in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and is also Board-certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Zhou received his Doctor of Medicine from Xian Medical University in Xian, China, and his PhD in Nutritional Science from Massey University in New Zealand. Dr. Zhou completed a Residency in Pediatrics at Cooper University Hospital, UMDNJ, in Camden, New Jersey, and a Clinical Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Boston Childrens Hospital (Harvard Medical School). He was a Research Fellow and then a member of the Research Faculty in the Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology Division at Brigham and Womens Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Boston University Medical Center. Most recently, Dr. Zhou practiced Allergy and Immunology in Rhode Island before joining Prima CARE as the Director of the Division of Allergy & Immunology. Dr. Zhou is a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (FACAAI), a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and a member of the New England Society of Allergy. He has co-authored over 20 articles that have appeared in the Journal of Experimental Medicine, European Journal of Immunology, Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, Immunity, Molecular Biosystem, Mucosal Immunology, and the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He has presented numerous scientific papers and has regularly given professional and community-based lectures.
