History

The owner, Chris McKenna, opened McKenna's Performance Training in Danvers, MA in 2011. After temporarily closing in 2013 to help open North Shore Performance Training, MPT re-opened as Premier Performance Training and moved to Middleton, MA. Now PPT focuses solely on athlete training. PPT has both 1-on-1 and group training options available for all types of athletes.

We specialize in training athletes of all ages and all sports. We can help you achieve your athletic fitness goals no matter what they are. We have an option for kids as young as 10 and for professional athletes as well.
