History

Jennifer Taves began selling real estate in 1993 in the Boston neighborhood of Charlestown. Jennifer spent her first 15 years selling the city and then found herself learning the suburban markets of Lexington, Winchester, Concord and other suburban communities. Jennifer returned her focus to the downtown Boston area in 2010 while expanding her urban knowledge to include all the neighborhoods of Boston. After working with several different real estate teams over the years, she opened Preferred Residential Properties in January of 2017.
