Complete incompetence. They have no clue on how to run a pizza takeout business. Unless you have an hour or so, go elsewhere.

Favorite pizza in Wilmington. It is always cooked perfectly and tastes so good! Takeout is quick and it's a nice local business. We've been getting takeout here for years and it is always our go-to.

I wouldn't drive here as a destination, but if you're in the area it's not terrible. Pizza and subs are decent. The buffalo chicken pizza was pretty tasty but then on another visit it was inedible...
