Based in Lexington, Mass., Pine Knoll Nursing Center is a nursing and rehabilitation facility. Thank god my grandmother is out of this place !!! Thank god it was a temporary stay but I feel sorry for anyone here long term. I pray for those stuck there where their families left them to die....
