We started by making pizza in our backyard using an earth oven that we built ourselves. After feeding countless family and friends, we decided to put the show on the road.
Specialties
Mobile wood fired pizza serving the Lowell area. Returning pizza to its original simple form using fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, crushed tomatoes and the finest Italian flour.

Go out of your way to find this "truck" Very nice pizza with blistery, slightly blackened crust as it should be, perfect chewiness and great fresh toppings. Very friendly and quick service.
